Looking for that perfect "off-site" venue to hold your strategic planning sessions, team building or training session? Chapel Hill Event Center is equipped with high speed fiber internet, a 65" Smart TV, sound system, tables and chairs and catered lunches, snacks and dinners can help fuel your business sessions.
Chapel Hill Event Center can host up to 66 guests in our Sanctuary and offers the Board Room and Upper Room spaces for breakout sessions. The local coffee shop - The Vault is available to supply all your caffeination needs to keep the ideas flowing. Enjoy tasty hamburgers from Apple Lucy's or The Burger Joint or have a special lunch catered in. High Dessert Pizza is available to cater in your pizza needs and there are several tasty Taco Trucks in the area. Chapel Hill staff will be available to pickup and deliver lunch for your team.

THE UPPER ROOM
Description
The Chapel Hill Upper Room aka Bridal Suite, is designed to make your event experience unforgettable. Our stunning suite features elegant arched stained glass windows that create a magical ambiance for you and your party. With a luxurious Cindy Crawford designer couch for relaxation, and a delightful beverage and food station, we ensure you have everything you need. Doors can be closed for perfect breakout sessions, or keep your party private.
THE BOARD ROOM
At Chapel Hill, the Board Room aka the Groom's Quarters, offers our plush leather reclining couches, complete with charging ports for your devices! With a 42" FireTV and streaming capabilities, you can use this versatile room in many ways. A chess table is available for some friendly competition. The full bathroom provides convenience while the beverage and food station ensures you’re well-fueled for creative problem solving or fun. The stunning stained glass window adds an artistic flair, promising an unforgettable atmosphere for your needs.

Description
Chapel Hill is where timeless elegance meets modern convenience for your special events. Built in 1938, our sanctuary features remarkable 25 ft cathedral ceilings with rough-hewn beams that beautifully complement the tongue-and-groove ceiling and rich hardwood floors. Spanning 955 sq ft, the venue offers various chair configurations, making it perfect for your event. To help bring your creative vision to life, we also provide decor rentals to meet all your floral and decorating needs, ensuring your day is unforgettable.
