Bridal Suite & Grooms Quarters

Our well appointed Bridal Suite will ensure the Bride and her Bridesmaids will have a spacious suite to prepare for the biggest day of her life! Four hair and makeup stations give everyone ample space to get ready to wow the guests. Comfortable seating with a Victorian style couch and chaise lounge offer the Mother of the Bride and soon to be Mother-in-law a comfy place to watch and assist. A full length mirror ensures every detail is in place for the moment about to come.

Our Grooms Quarters offer the groomsmen a comfortable place to lounge and prepare for the big day. Wingback chairs provide a comfortable place to relax and calm the nerves for the big event to come!

Decor Services & Chairs/Table Rentals

Chapel Hill Event Center makes your event planning a breeze! We partner with the valley's top wedding decor designers enabling us to meet your dream and vision for your wedding. Choose from a variety of trending or traditional color schemes, florals and seating arrangements. We will assist you with the planning and execution of your dream wedding! Book our vendors when you book the venue or do it the old fashion way and bring your own vendors*, we will make it as easy as can be.

Catering and Mobile Bar Services

Chapel Hill Event Center can assist you in finding the perfect caterer, cake baker and mobile bar services when you book. Our vast vendor list will ensure your guests the best cuisine, and dessert for your budget. We offer a variety of menu choices and connect you with the right caterer or cake baker for your needs.

Should you desire to serve beer, wine or alcoholic beverages, Chapel Hill Event Center will connect you with some of the best mobile bar services in the valley. All mobile bar services require a Licenses and insured Bartender, a state liquor license, Liability Insurance and Security. We can help you find the right vendor for your celebration.

Chairs & Table Rentals

There is nothing worse than having to run to the rental store to get flimsy, uncomfortable folding chairs and tables to ensure your guests have a place to sit. At Chapel Hill Event Center, we offer on-site chair and table rentals for your event. We understand the importance of comfort and the aesthetics of your big day and have chosen high quality, comfortable chairs to accommodate your ceremony and reception needs. We also offer two types of rectangular tables - standard 6 ft tables or our custom made 8ft Farmhouse tables, or our 6ft round tables to accommodate your guests. No need to hassle with the setup or teardown as our Chapel Hill Staff will do the work for you so you can relax and enjoy your day!

The beautiful historic chapel will be a hit with your guests and beautifully frame the most meaningful day of your life in it's beauty! Our venue comfortably hosts 60 guests and a small wedding party within the rustic cathedral beamed ceiling and hardwood floors. Setup and teardown included - you and your bridal party come and relax as you prepare in our spacious Bridal Suite with a grand staircase entrance for the Bride while the Groom and his groomsmen relax and enjoy the comfort of our luxurious Grooms Quarters! Stock each with your favorite snacks and beverages as you prepare for your forever and ever ceremony.

We offer additional services such as Day of Coordination, custom Wedding Invitations and Save the Dates, Vendor scheduling and coordination for Photographers, Videographers, Florists, Decorators, Caterers, Dessert/Cake Bakers, Tables and Chairs, Setup and Teardown Services and Cleaning Services. All you need can be found and scheduled through Chapel Hill Event Center! Our goal is to serve you the wedding of your dreams while taking away the stress and strain of doing it yourself so you can enjoy the day to the fullest!
