Chapel Hill Event Center is the place to host a variety of celebrations. From weddings, family celebrations or corporate gatherings, we make planning seamless and stress-free. Chapel Hill can comfortably host up to 60 guests in various seating arrangements for your event.

With just one call or a few clicks on our website, you can reserve your venue, select decor, arrange catering, and book your entire vendor team—plus, our setup and cleanup crew will handle the heavy lifting.

THE UPPER ROOM
Description
The Chapel Hill Upper Room aka Bridal Suite, is designed to make your event experience unforgettable. Our stunning suite features elegant arched stained glass windows that create a magical ambiance for you and your party. With a luxurious Cindy Crawford designer couch for relaxation, and a delightful beverage and food station, we ensure you have everything you need. Doors can be closed for perfect breakout sessions, or keep your party private.


THE BOARD ROOM
At Chapel Hill, the Board Room aka the Groom's Quarters, offers our plush leather reclining couches, complete with charging ports for your devices! With a 42" FireTV and streaming capabilities, you can use this versatile room in many ways. A chess table is available for some friendly competition. The full bathroom provides convenience while the beverage and food station ensures you’re well-fueled for creative problem solving or fun. The stunning stained glass window adds an artistic flair, promising an unforgettable atmosphere for your needs.

THE MAIN HALL /SANCTUARY
Description
Chapel Hill is where timeless elegance meets modern convenience for your special events. Built in 1938, our sanctuary features remarkable 25 ft cathedral ceilings with rough-hewn beams that beautifully complement the tongue-and-groove ceiling and rich hardwood floors. Spanning 955 sq ft, the venue offers various chair configurations, making it perfect for your event. To help bring your creative vision to life, we also provide decor rentals to meet all your floral and decorating needs, ensuring your day is unforgettable.
